Pella has always been home for me and my family, so I’m passionate about Pella’s story. By getting involved in the Spirit of Pella, I can help tell her story, so that a passion for Pella may continue to grow in others.
The Pella community is unique and quite special. I donated to Spirit of Pella to create a memorable childhood experience for my daughter, support the culture so it doesn’t die with a younger generation, and continue to fight stagnancy. My donation is in memory of my late husband, Adam Blunck, who was born and raised in this special town and was proud to call Pella his hometown.
There is a need to attract and retain the workforce in our community. I believe Spirit of Pella projects will take Pella to the next level as a year-round destination and a place to call home.
